CALORIE COUNTING PLANS
Calorie-Counting Diet Plans are a tried and proven method but are, quiet honestly, a full time job. We suggest you take advantage of one of the many online programs that exist which are completely free weight loss tools and offer nutritional information, plus a vibrant and supportive community to help you lose or maintain weight, safely and effectively!
There are several good programs available on the Internet that offer "Meals Delivery" to your door. This makes calorie counting very easy. Another option are the frozen dinners and packaged products that are designed to make counting calories easier. There are also good "Calorie Counting Bibles" available that fit easily in your purse or pocket.
1) Plan your meals ahead of time. Do not do any impulse buying. If you have it handy in your cubbard, you are very likely to eat something that is not within your daily calorie intake.
2) Do not eat something thinking you will work it off later. That just does not work!
3) It is important that the calories included in your daily count ... count toward real nutrition. Counting empty calories will not satisfy your hunger and it will hurt your general health. Just like your car, your body needs good quality fuel and oil to run well. Junk food zaps your energy level and makes your more hungry than you were before eating.
